Sausage, Ham And Egg Souffle("Bethany'S Easter Breakfast") - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread, crusts removed
    1 1/2 lb. cheese (Cheddar or Mozzarella or both)*
    1 1/2 lb. sausage or 1 lb. sausage and 1 can Hormel ham, drained*
    4 beaten eggs
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 1/4 c. milk
    sliced mushrooms and chopped green onion (optional)
Preparation
    *You can use anything you like, hamburger, sausage, ham, Cheddar cheese, Mozzarella or American.
