Hamburger, Sausage And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 c. raw rice
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    1 can chicken and rice soup
    1 can water
    1/2 to 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown sausage and ground chuck and drain.
    Mix in other ingredients except cheese.
    Put in greased 11 x 14-inch pan (glass).
    Cover with foil and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Add grated cheese to top of casserole the last 15 minutes of baking time.
    Be sure to cover with foil.
