Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Place prepared crust on pizza pan.
Spread spinach dip over entire crust.
Sprinkle with water chestnuts if the spinach dip does not already contain them.

Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
Bake 10- 12 minutes until cheese and dip are bubbly and slightly browned.

Hollow 1 loaf of pumpernickel bread to make a bowl.

Cut another loaf of bread into 1-inch cubes to use for dipping. This also makes a great dip for veggies.
Place 3 whole unpeeled eggplants in the oven on a cookie sheet.
Bake for 1 hour at 450\u00b0.
Remove and peel; chop into cubes.
Place chopped eggplant in a large bowl.
Soak in a mixture of lemon juice, water and salt for 20 to 30 minutes.
Then, place the eggplant cubes into a blender with onion and salt and pepper to taste; blend well.
