Spanish Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can enchilada sauce
    1 small can chopped green chillies
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion; drain off grease. Add the next 5 ingredients and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. This is a great dip for crackers, vegetables, meat balls, just anything. Also, great as a sauce!
