Tex-Mex Dip(Great For Super Bowl Or Pool Parties) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 avocados, mashed
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. taco seasoning
2 cans jalapeno bean dip
3 medium tomatoes, chopped
2 large cans pitted olives, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
16 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 large bags taco chips
Preparation

Combine avocados, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning.
Layer as follows:
bean dip, avocado mixture, sour cream mixture, onions, tomatoes, olives and Cheddar cheese.
Refrigerate overnight.
Set out at room temperature two hours before serving to allow mixture to soften. Yields 8 to 10 servings.
