Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Mix all ingredients, except peas and gravy, and shape into 2 loaves.
Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam. Place loaves in dish, lightly spray top with Pam to help brown nicely and bake at 400\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
Add gravy and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
Then add peas to gravy and steak.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Place breadcrumbs in medium sized bowl and add milk. Allow to soak for 5 minutes.
Add other ingredients except jar of gravy and mix thoroughly.
Form into 6-8 patties. Place patties in pan and cook until brown, adding gravy mix.
Simmer in gravy for 5 minutes.
In a bowl, mix well 1/4 cup of the soup, beef, crumbs, egg and onion. Shape firmly into desired number of patties (about 6).
In skillet over medium-high heat, fry patties until browned on both sides. Drain off all drippings.
Stir in remaining soup and mushrooms, if desired. Return patties to skillet. Reduce heat to low. Simmer 20 minutes or until done, turning patties occasionally.
Form Salisbury Steaks into patties if using.
Brown Steaks in Skillet.
While steaks brown combine remaining indgredients in a bowl.
Transfer Steaks to a 13X9 baking dish.
Pour Sauce over meat.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Combine meat, Worcestershire, onion and steak seasoning.
Form 2 large
Combine ground beef, chopped onions, cracker crumbs, egg, horseradish, salt and pepper. Shape into patties.
Heat 2 tablespoons butter in skillet.
Cook patties till no longer pink inside - approx 8 minutes each side.
In separate pan, melt 3 tablespoons butter. Saute onion rings and mushrooms til tender.
Remove patties from pan.
Stir flour into pan, scraping bottom of pan. Add dash of salt and pepper. Cook 2 minutes. Stir in cream to form a thick paste.
Slowly stir in chicken broth - stir till thick.

Cook large package of salisbury steak according to directions. Stir in frozen vegetables.
Cook 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Place biscuits on top of mixture and cook until golden brown.
Dip with slotted spoon.
Makes 8 servings.

Fry in large frying pan until done.
Remove from pan.
Add gravy mix in frying pan.
Prepare according to package directions, then place salisbury steak back into pan and simmer for 20 minutes.

Take a mixture of seasoned flour and self-rising flour.
Coat steak.
Brown steak in a small amount of margarine.

After steak is browned, put in crock-pot with gravy.
Cook on low approximately 3 hours or until steak is done.
Salt and brown minute steak in skillet and place in baking dish.
Saute pepper and onion in skillet and add brown sugar, soup and water.
Heat together and pour over steak.
Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
