Brown pork chop in iron skillet in small amount of salad oil. Drain green beans and save liquid.
Place green beans on top of pork chops.
Add 1/2 soup can of green bean liquid to cream of celery soup.
Mix well and pour over pork chops and green beans. Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
In frying pan, melt Crisco.

Stir together cornstarch and 1 tablespoons water and stir into the pan juices. Bring to a boil and cook 1 minute or until thickened. Pour over pork.
