One Dish-Pork Chop Dinner - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices pork chop
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can onion soup
1 c. rice
1 Tbsp. Crisco (level)
salt
enough water to cover
Preparation

In frying pan, melt Crisco.
Brown pork chops on both sides. Pour out excess grease.
Combine all ingredients.
Add the water to cover rice and pork chops.
Cover with lid.
Let simmer on medium heat for 35 to 45 minutes or until done.
