Pork Chop Dinner - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 pork chops
1 c. uncooked rice (white or brown)
1 small can tomato sauce
1 large onion
2 cloves garlic, sliced thinly
salt and pepper
Preparation

In casserole dish, place the pork chops side by side.
Put 2 tablespoons rice on top of pork chop.
Next, put sliced garlic and spoon 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce on top.
Cover with large slices of onion and sprinkle with plenty of salt and pepper.
Pour water over chops until it is one inch above everything.
Cover and cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Serve with a green salad.
