Busy Day Pork Chop Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    use 1 pork chop per person
    potatoes
    butter
    onions
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Use roasting pan large enough
    to
    lay pork chops single layer.
    Slice potatoes
    thin
    and layer on top of chops.
    Slice onions (enough for only
    1
    layer)
    and put on top of potatoes. Dot with butter
    and
    salt
    and
    pepper
    to
    taste.
    Cover with aluminum foil sealing sides tightly.
    Cook in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until meat is done and potatoes are tender.
    Serve with a green salad for a quick, nourishing dinner.
