Aria Pork Chop Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pork chops
    raw rice (2 Tbsp. for each pork chop)
    1 large can whole tomatoes
    mushrooms (fresh or canned)
    green peppers
    onion
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Sear pork chops quickly on both sides.
    Put seared pork chops in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan (greased).
    Place rice on each pork chops.
    Top with mushrooms, green bell peppers, onion, salt and pepper.
    Now take your whole tomatoes and open it up like a flower and place over the top of each pork chop.
    Pour remaining juice in baking pan.
    Optional toppings are:
    Parmesan cheese or sharp Cheddar cheese.
    Place your Aria Pork Chops, covered, in the oven at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
    Uncover and bake another 10 or 15 minutes or until tender.
