Drain a little of the juice from the tomatoes.
Mix cheese and tomatoes in double boiler; cook until melted.
Serve with nachos or any Mexican-type chips.
Brown ground beef and onion, until meat is no longer pink and onion is soft.

Slice up Velveeta brick into chunks in a big microwave safe bowl. Pour can of chili over it.
Microwave for 2 minutes, stir. Microwave 2 more minutes and stir.
Velveeta should be completely melted by now, but if not microwave 1 more minute and stir.
Dip tortilla chips into it, or we like plain Ruffles, too. Or I have dipped just tortillas in it, too. Enjoy!
Spread cream cheese on bottom of a 9-inch pan.
Pour on chili with beans.
Top with grated cheese.
Heat until melted.
Soften cream cheese and spread into a 9x12 casserole dish.
Heat chili separately on stovetop.
Pour over top of cream cheese and top with Mexican cheese.
Microwave for 6 minutes until cheese is good and melted.

Brown hamburger meat and sausage. Drain. Mix with cheese and cheese dip. Heat on low until cheese melts. Eat with tortilla chips.

In large pan, heat chili.
Cut cheese into small squares and add to chili.
When cheese is melted, add sour cream and sauteed onion.

Stir in cup of milk.
Stir occasionally to prevent sticking after mixing all ingredients together.
Combine first 4 ingredients in small cup.
Stir.
Discard tip and cut wings apart at joints.
Brush sauce over both sides of chicken pieces.
Place pieces in 3 1/2 Quart slow cooker.
Cover, Cook on low for 7 to 8 hours or on high for 3 1/2 to 4 hours until tender.
Serve from slow cooker.
Makes about 28 pieces of wing or 18 drumettes.
Blue Cheese Dip: Combine all seven ingredients in a bowl; Beat until smooth.
Makes 1 1/8 cups.
Serve with wings.
In non-stick pan, saute onions in butter till softened.
Cube cheese and add.
Drain half of the tomato juice and mash tomatoes, add tomatoes and rest of juice.
Cook, stirring, til melted over low heat.
Set aside.
Cut top third off bread, cut top into bite-sized cubes.
Hollow out inside leaving a 1/2\" shell. Cut inside pieces into bite-sized pieces.
Place bread bowl onto platter.
Place bread cubes around bread bowl for dipping.
Pour cheese sauce into bread bowl.
Serve!
*You can sub regular velveeta if desired.
In casserole dish, pour and spread sour cream. Make 2nd layer with salsa. Sprinkle Mexican cheese on top. Put jalapeno peppers on top (optional). Serve with nacho chips.
