Combine pinto beans, tomatoes with green chile peppers, ham, cilantro, red onion, garlic, black pepper, and hot sauce in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 1 hour.

In a stockpot over medium-high heat, heat the oil.

Sort, wash and soak beans over night.
In a large pot, add all ingredients in no particular order. Breaking up the meat into smaller pieces.
Add water and cook at a medium temperature.
Cover, allow to cook 2 - 4 hours depending on the amount cooked, until beans can be pressed between your fingers.
Serve hot with cornbread or tortillas for the best tummy filler there is!
Rinse and drain the corn and beans.
Put salsa, corn, and 3/4 of each can of beans into a large bowl.
Mix thoroughly.
Add avocado, parsley and green onions, mix in gently so the avocados don't get mashed.
Serve with salty corn chips, scoop shape is best.
In large pan, heat oil and fry ham and onions until tender. Add the cans of beans.
Bring to boil with brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce to taste.
I use about 1/2 cup brown sugar and about 3 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce.
It's easy to increase recipe, just boil down to remove excess liquid, if you like them thick.
The longer they simmer the better they taste, but it can be done in 30 minutes and you never turned on the oven.
Combine brown sugar and dry mustard.
In large enamel roaster, put half of the pork and beans.
Sprinkle half of the sugar-mustard mixture and 1 tablespoon of the onion on the beans. Repeat steps.
Place bacon pieces over second layer.
Pour ketchup over all.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
Stir gently before serving.

Bake at 300\u00b0 for 5 hours or until juice in beans starts to set.

Put meat on top, then pour barbecue sauce over top.
Use crock-pot; cook on low overnight.
Do not stir until ready to remove from pot.
Makes about 20 servings.
Fry the bacon in the pan in which you will cook the beans.
Do not pour off bacon fat.
Dump one can of green beans including juice into the bacon& grease (first drops will sizzle.) Salt to taste- (the saltiness of the bacon will affect how much is needed.) Boil on a fairly hot temperature with lid off just until juice evaporates.
Serve.
This recipe can be doubled or tripled to serve more people.
Dump beans all into a crock-pot.
Brown your hamburger with onion and peppers.
Drain off fat.
Pour meat, onion and peppers on top of beans.
Put barbecue sauce on top of this mixture.
Do not stir at this time.
Cook on high until it comes to a boil. Turn to low and cook for 3 hours, then stir thoroughly.
Serve with slaw, mashed potatoes and corn bread.
Very good and a time saver.
Place beans in a dutch oven: add water 2 inches above beans.
Bring to a boil, boil 1 minute.
Cover and remove from heat and let stand 1 hour Drain Bring beans and 8 cups water to a boil in dutch oven Cover, reduce heat and simmer 1 hour until beans are tender Add onion, and the next 7 ingredients simmer 30 minutes Add tomatoes simmer 30 minutes and serve.
Mix all ingredients together and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
Use in your tostadas, tacos, or any dish that calls for refried beans.
For extra-special beans, you can add cubes of Monterey Jack or Pepperjack cheese, spread it into a lightly oiled or buttered pan, and heat through in a 350 degree F oven before serving.

In a large Dutch oven, brown beef, drain fat.
Add barbecue sauce onion, garlic salt, celery seed, mustard, molasses, beans and mushrooms to the beef mixture.
Stir well.
Bring to a boil.
Then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
Serve with cornbread and a green salad for a wonderful meal.
