Cowboy Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can kidney beans
    1 can pinto beans
    1 can October beans
    1 can pork and beans
    1 can lima beans
    1 can Great Northern beans
    2 lb. ground chuck, salted and peppered, browned and drained
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. barbecue sauce or more
Preparation
    Layer beans with onion and pepper.
    Put meat on top, then pour barbecue sauce over top.
    Use crock-pot; cook on low overnight.
    Do not stir until ready to remove from pot.
    Makes about 20 servings.
