Tea Cocktail With Rum, Passion Fruit And Mint

Pour 3 cups of boiling water over the tea bags and let steep for 5 mins. Take out the tea bags and stir in the sugar and lime juice. Refrigerate the tea.
Scrape the pulp from the passion fruit and mix it with the tea, rum and mineral water. Pour the cocktail into the glasses over the crushed ice and serve garnished with mint.

Shake ingredients (except 151 rum) with ice, then strain into volcano bowl or cocktail glasses.
Pour 151 rum into volcano crater if using volcano bowl, and ignite just prior to serving.

Zombie Cocktail

Pour the rum, brandy, juice, grenadine and crushed ice into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Place the remaining ice cubes into a cocktail glass and pour in the alcohol mixture. Decorate with the mint, pineapple and cherry.

In a cocktail shaker, mash together strawberries and raspberry preserves.
Stir in blood orange juice.

Combine simple syrup, spiced rum, light rum, Blue Curacao, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker. Add 1 cup ice, cover shaker, and shake until chilled, 10 to 15 seconds. Fill a glass with remaining 1 cup ice. Strain rum cocktail into glass. Add drops of grenadine into cocktail.

Golden Tropical Cocktail

Divide ice cubes between 2 martini glasses to chill the glasses while you make the cocktail.
Muddle pineapple chunks in the bottom of a cocktail shaker; add orange juice, spiced rum, coconut-flavored rum, banana liqueur, and lime juice. Dump ice cubes from chilled glasses into the shaker. Secure lid onto shaker and shake vigorously.
