Sparkling Blue New Year'S Eve Cocktail - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 None lemon, juiced
2 tbsp granulated sugar
None None cocktail cherries, to garnish
None None fresh mint leaves, to garnish
1/4 cup white rum
1/4 cup blue curacao liqueur
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup dry champagne

Preparation

Rim each cocktail glass with lemon juice then sugar. Decorate with a cocktail cherry and a few mint leaves. Mix the rum and curacao with crushed ice and pour into cocktail glasses. Top with pineapple juice and champagne.
