Caribbean Coconut Cocktail - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 cup white rum
1/4 cup dark rum
2 tbsp, plus 2 tsp coconut milk
2 tbsp, plus 2 tsp whipping cream
1/2 cup passion fruit juice
2 None maraschino cherries
2 None wedges fresh pineapple
2 handfuls ice cubes, crushed
Preparation

Put the rums, coconut milk, cream and passion fruit juice into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Divide the crushed ice cubes between two glasses and pour the cocktail over the ice. Decorate with the cherries and pineapple wedges and serve.
