Chili-O Pot Roast

Combine Chili-O mix with onion seasoning.
Mix with the tomatoes.
In large ovenproof Dutch oven, add the boneless rump or chuck roast.
Baste with tomato mixture.
Cover; bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours, basting occasionally or until almost tender.
Add the frozen stew vegetables.
Bake, covered, for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, basting occasionally until meat and vegetables are tender.
Makes 6 servings.

Julie'S Chili-O Salad

Prepare ahead 24 hours.
Cook your favorite macaroni, drain and rinse in cold water.
Mix together the Chili-O mix, ketchup, vinegar and mayonnaise; stir into macaroni.
Add celery and beans; mix.
Double for large bowl.

Chili-O Cheeseburgers

Combine beef, Chili-O seasoning mix and 2 tablespoons mustard and mix well.
Shape into 6 hamburgers.
In small bowl combine remaining mustard, cheese and chilies.
Broil or grill until done. Top with cheese mixture.
Cook 30 seconds longer or until cheese melts.
Serve on rolls.

Jan'S "Night At The Races" Chili

Brown ground beef.
Drain off grease.
In large pot, mix together Chili-O mix, tomato sauce and chili beans.
Strain whole tomatoes and add to pot.
Mix and stir while simmering 40 minutes (do not get too hot, will stick to bottom of pot).
Garnish each dish with cheese or condiments to be added as liked (onions, cheese, salsa or sour cream).

Chili Beans With Deer Meat

Fry meat in 1/2 cup of oil until done.
Add pinto beans; drain oil.
Add green peppers and onions; fry until almost done on low heat.
Add beans and black pepper.
Mix Chili-O in a small bowl with a small amount of cold water.
Add to ingredients; cook on low heat with lid for 20 minutes to mix flavors.
(Make sure to mix Chili-O in a bowl; that way, it will not cause lumps.)

Homemade Chili

Brown ground beef in bacon drippings.
Mix in garlic powder and onion; saute.
When beef is browned, add bell pepper and tomatoes or sauce.
Simmer about 10 minutes.
Stir occasionally. Then add beans, juice, salt and pepper.
Cook about 20 minutes. Add chili powder and Chili-O mix.
Simmer to blend flavors.

Turkey Chili

In a nonstick pan over high heat, brown turkey meat.
Onion and green pepper may be added at this time, if desired. Add V-8 juice, Chili-O mix and water, stirring well. Reduce heat and add the tomatoes, chili powder, salt and pepper. Stir well and cook 10 minutes on low heat, covered. Add chili beans and cook another 10 minutes. Serve alone or over noodles.

Chili

Put beans, tomato juice and water in a 6-quart pan.
Bring to a boil.
Put ground beef in skillet and cook until well done and lightly browned.
Stir in Chili-O mix.
Stir ground beef and Chili-O mix into pan with beans and tomato juice.
Let simmer for 10 minutes.
Thicken with flour and water.

Brandon'S Chili

Brown meat with onion and drain.
In large pan add meat, juice, beans, Chili-O and tomatoes.
Let simmer 45 minutes.

Aunt Brenda'S Chili

In a large pot, brown meat and drain grease.
Sprinkle Chili-O on top and stir in.
Add all other ingredients and cook on medium heat 1/2 hour or more.
Add chili powder as desired.

Chili-Mac

Brown hamburger and drain.
Pour in chili beans, tomato sauce and 2 cans of water, tomato paste and 2 cans of water, Chili-O and other spices to taste.
Cook on low until boiling.
Pour in macaroni and cook until tender, stirring often.

Chili

Cook hamburger until done.
Stir in Chili-O mix.
Add tomatoes and tomato sauce.
Simmer over low heat.
Add chili powder, salt, pepper and beans.
Simmer.
If mixture is too thick, add water. Add desired cooked spaghetti and onions.

Quick And Easy Chili

In a skillet, brown ground beef and onions.
Drain.
Transfer meat and onion mixture to a large pot.
Add Chili-O mix, stewed tomatoes and beans.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Cook at medium heat for approximately 45 minutes.
Serves 8 to 10 people.

My Own Chili

Crumble raw meat into large pan.
Add juice, Chili-O, chili powder, pepper, sugar and kidney beans.
Simmer until meat is done.
Add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda and stir until foaming stops. Add 1/2 cup dry cracked wheat.
Simmer.

Chili

Brown ground beef.
Add onion, mushrooms, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
Cook together for 10 minutes.
Add chili beans, tomatoes and Chili-O mix.
Simmer for 30 minutes.
Garnish with cheese or sour cream.
Great with macaroni.

Chili

Brown onions and ground beef.
In saucepan, cook spaghetti. Add ground beef mixture, tomato juice, kidney beans, chili hot beans and Chili-O mix powder.
Simmer until ready to eat.

Chili Beans

Cook beans. Brown meat and stir in Chili-O mix, tomatoes, seasonings and onion. Add beans; cook down to desired consistency. Can serve with rice or tortilla chips. Top with cheese. Can eat as a dip.

Chili And Rice

Crumble ground chuck in 2-quart casserole dish.
Add chopped onions.
Microwave on High 4 to 6 minutes; stir halfway through cooking.
Drain.
Dissolve Chili-O mix in 1/2 cup water.
Add this along with the tomatoes and beans to the cooked ground chuck and onions.
Microwave, loosely covered, on High 8 to 10 minutes. Stir halfway through cooking.
Simmer on 50% power for an additional 10 to 15 minutes.

Chili

Brown hamburger and onion.
Drain well; sprinkle Chili-O mix over meat and onion and stir it around.
Sprinkle some chili powder onto meat.
Stir in beans and simmer about 10 minutes. Gradually stir in tomato juice.
Simmer 30 minutes or longer. Serve in individual bowls and sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
