Chili-O Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Chili-O mix
    onion seasoning
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    3 to 4 lb. boneless rump or chuck roast
    1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen stew vegetables
Preparation
    Combine Chili-O mix with onion seasoning.
    Mix with the tomatoes.
    In large ovenproof Dutch oven, add the boneless rump or chuck roast.
    Baste with tomato mixture.
    Cover; bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours, basting occasionally or until almost tender.
    Add the frozen stew vegetables.
    Bake, covered, for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, basting occasionally until meat and vegetables are tender.
    Makes 6 servings.
