Meanwhile, prepare potatoes according to package directions, adding 1 cup (instead of 2/3 cup) of milk and sliced potatoes. When chicken is tender, remove from heat, let cool and shred. Add shredded chicken to potato mixture.
Fold chicken/potato mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Cover and bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 35 minutes. Add cheese and bake for another 10 minutes.
Cook broccoli according to package directions. Drain.
Layer broccoli and chicken in casserole. Cover with mushrooms.
Make sauce with soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and broth.
Pour sauce over mushrooms. Cover with American cheese and top with potato chips.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.

Mix together soup, milk and pepper. In a large casserole dish layer slices of potato, onion and chicken. Repeat layers. Pour soup mixture over layers and dot with butter. Bake covered at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour and uncovered for 15 minutes. Serves 6-8.

Sprinkle cheese on top and brown.
Blend flour into butter; slowly add broth, stirring constantly.
Add salt and cheese.

Add all other ingredients except cracker crumbs.
Place in a casserole dish.
Top with crumbs.
Bake 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Pour rice in pan; pour 1 cup of broth over.
