Chicken-Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer, cut up
    3 large potatoes, sliced
    1 large onion, sliced
    2 pkg. broth and seasoning mix or 2 chicken bouillon cubes
    2 c. skim milk
    5 Tbsp. flour
    garlic powder
    lite Creole seasoning
    grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Spray baking pan with Pam and layer chicken parts which have been seasoned with lite seasoning and garlic powder in pan.
    Broil for 5 or 10 minutes.
    Layer potatoes and onions on chicken.
    Mix broth, milk and flour and pour over chicken and potato mix. Cover; bake for 1 hour.
    Uncover.
    Sprinkle cheese on top and brown.
