Chicken Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large chicken breasts, cooked and cut into pieces
    1 large onion, chopped and sauteed
    6 carrots, sliced and cooked
    4 large potatoes, sliced and cooked
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Combine margarine and cracker crumbs, set aside.
    In a large greased casserole dish layer in the following order: potatoes, carrots, onion and chicken.
    Make 2 layers.
    Combine soup and milk.
    Pour over top.
    Sprinkle with cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until brown.
