Pepperoni Or Ham Rolls

Prepare rolls recipe (or your favorite bread recipe).
Let rise.
With greased hands flatten each roll on a floured surface. Cover within 1/8-inch of the edge with a thin slice of Velveeta. Then top with thin slices of pepperoni, ham or other.
Roll up and place in greased pan.
Let rise.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then turn oven down to 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or longer until done (cheese and meat can be more or less to taste).

Rebecca'S Chicken Cheese Rolls

Boil the chicken breasts slowly until tender.
Debone and cut into bite size pieces.
To chicken, add sauteed onions, mushrooms, peppers and 1/2 cup shredded cheese.
Heat soup and add 1 cup shredded cheese and milk.

Chicken Crescent Rolls

Mix ingredients, except rolls and margarine.
Separate rolls individually and flatten.
Spoon 1/2 cup chicken into rolls and pull together.
Brush tops with melted margarine.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Serves 32.

Chicken-Cheese Rolls

Place split breasts between waxed paper. Pound to 1/2-inch thick.
Spread each with 3 tablespoons cheese. Dot with 1/2 teaspoon butter. Fold ends over filling (some will ooze out during baking).
Wrap 1 slice of bacon around each roll. Place, seam side down, in a shallow baking pan.
Bake on top rack in a 400\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes or until chicken is tender.
Makes 6 servings.

Cheese Rolls

Separate egg yolk from egg white. Set white aside. Blend together egg, softened cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla. Mix well. Grease a cookie sheet with margarine. Spread 1/2 of 1 package of rolls on one side of the sheet. Do the same with the second half. Spread cheese filling over the 2 crescent roll layers. Top this with the other package of rolls and pinch the top and bottom layers together. Beat egg white and brush on top of the 2 cheese rolls. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar.

wax paper put paprika.
Then roll cheese rolls over paprika and roll up on same paper.
Keep in refrigerator until cold,

Garlic Cheese Grits Casserole

Add garlic salt and butter to water as it comes to a boil. Slowly add grits, chopped cheese rolls, eggs and paprika.
Stir slowly until ready.

Chicken Cheese Soup

In a medium saucepan, cook carrots & green onion in hot butter for 10 minutes or until tender but not browned.
Stir in flour, then slowly add milk, chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce & black pepper, cooking & stirring until thickened & bubbly, about 5 minutes.
Stir in chicken & cheese, cooking & stirring over low heat until cheese melts.
Best served hot.

Cold Chicken-Cheese Kabobs

Combine the salt, chili powder and pepper; rub into chicken cubes. Transfer to a large bowl; add vinegar. Cover and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
In a large skillet, cook chicken in oil until no longer pink. Cool slightly. Alternately thread chicken, cheese and tomatoes onto wooden skewers. Serve cold.

Chicken Cheese Enchilada Casserole

Boil chicken in water seasoned with bay leaf, celery and rosemary.
Mix together soups and taco sauce.
Add onion and olives.
Layer tortilla chips, chicken, cheese and soup mix in 3-quart casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbling in center, about 30 minutes (may want to stir after 15 minutes to even out layers).

Put 2- chimichangas on a microwave safe plate,microwave on high one side for 1-min 45 sec.
