Chicken Cheese Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large chicken breasts, boned and split
3 oz. whipped cream cheese with chives, divided
1 Tbsp. margarine, divided
4 to 6 slices bacon
Preparation

Place split breasts between plastic wrap and pound to 1/2-inch thick.
Spread each with 3 tablespoons cream cheese; dot with 1/2 teaspoon butter.
Fold ends over filling.
Wrap 1 slice bacon around each.
Secure with toothpick.
Place seam side down in shallow pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0
on top rack for 40 minutes or until chicken is tender and done.
Broil about 5 minutes until bacon is crisp and golden.
