Combine Cheez-Its and oleo; spread in 9 x 12-inch baking dish. Combine milk, lemonade and Cool Whip.

Combine remaining ingredients except broccoli and crushed Cheez-Its.
Add broccoli and pour into a greased baking dish.
Top with Cheez-Its and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.

(Use grinder, food processor or mallet and bag for crackers.) Needs to be fine. Take chicken breasts and pound as flat as possible.
