Hot Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (20 oz.) cans chunk pineapple
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 c. melted margarine
1 c. Cheez-Its, crushed
Preparation

Drain pineapple.
Reserve liquid.
Mix sugar, flour and 1/3 cup of reserved juice.
Add cheese and pineapple and mix well. Pour in greased casserole dish.
Mix Cheez-Its with melted margarine; sprinkle on top of pineapple mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
