Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can white Shoe Peg corn, drained
1 can French-style beans, drained
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup
Cheez-Its crackers
1/2 stick oleo
garlic salt
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except Cheez-Its crackers and oleo; spread in flat Pyrex dish.
Sprinkle with garlic salt.
Top with Cheez-Its crackers.
Pour melted oleo over.
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
