Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rice
    1 (2 oz.) jar sliced pimentos
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. chopped chicken
    Cheez-Its
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook rice in a greased casserole dish. Put cooked rice, chicken and pimiento.
    Blend together; salt lightly.
    In separate bowl, mix soup and 3/4 soup can of chicken broth.
    Pour over casserole and mix gently.
    Top with crushed Cheez-Its.
    Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
