Combine cheeses, onion, salt and Worcestershire.

Mix other ingredients and put most of beef in center of cream cheese that has been formed into a ball.
Roll ball in rest of beef.
Chop beef into squares (I use my little Oscar).
Mix 1/2 beef with ingredients and form ball (it's messy).
I put mixture on a piece of Saran Wrap and mold with plastic instead of hands.
Roll ball in remaining beef (or make a second ball with meat and roll ball in pecans).

Chop all but 3 slices of chipped beef.
