Peel sweet potatoes; slice.
Place in greased baking dish in layers; sprinkling each layer with brown sugar and dotting with butter.
Brown ham slice in skillet over low heat; place ham in skillet over low heat; place ham slice over sweet potatoes.
Rinse frying pan with 1/4 c. water; pour over casserole.
Bake at 250 to 300 degrees until ham and potatoes are tender, about 1 hour.
Gash fat in ham slice to prevent curling.
Mix brown sugar and spices; rub 1/4 of mixture into 1 side of ham.
Put slice, sugar side down, in shallow baking dish.
Peel and core apples; cut in 1/2-inch slices.
Arrange around ham.
Sprinkle apples and ham with remaining sugar mixture.
Heat juice to boiling and pour over all.
Cut slashes in edge of ham slice.
Sprinkle or dot with mustard and brown sugar.
Place in heavy skillet or baking pan. Pour on milk at side of ham slice until it barely reaches top of ham.
Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
Preheat broiler.
Slash edges of ham slice; place on broiler pan.
Broil 3 inches from heat for 5 minutes.
Turn ham slice; broil 4 to 5 minutes more.
Meanwhile, combine marmalade,peanut butter and water.
Spread over ham slice.
Broil 1/2 to 1 minute longer till lightly browned.
Garnish with fresh dill and orange slices, if desired.
In the bottom of a glass baking dish, scatter raisins.
Score edges of ham slice in several places to prevent curling.
Put ham on top of raisins.
Score fat edge of ham and stud with cloves.
Place ham slice in 10-inch square baking dish.
Arrange green pepper, apricots and pineapple chunks on ham.
Set aside.
In small bowl, combine reserved pineapple juice, sweet and sour sauce, brown sugar and cinnamon.
Pour over ham.
Cover.
Microwave at 70% (Medium-high) for 14 to 17 minutes or until ham is heated through and green pepper is tender-crisp, rotating dish once.
Cook frozen baby lima beans as directed; drain.
Diagonally slice outer edge of fat on ham slice at 1 inch intervals to prevent curling.
Place ham on rack in broiler pan.
Place ham slices on rack in an open roasting pan.
Bake in slow oven (325\u00b0) 15 minutes.
Drain pineapple, reserving liquid. Combine cornstarch, brown sugar and cinnamon.
Add reserved liquid and cook, stirring constantly until thickened and clear.
Stir in pineapple and carrot.
Spread mixture over ham slice and continue baking for 15 to 30 minutes longer.
Place ham slice in 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 x 1 3/4-inch baking dish. Allow 1/3 to 1/2 pound of meat per serving.
Insert whole clove into ham at 1-inch intervals.
Sprinkle over ham, a mixture of brown sugar, bread crumbs, lemon peel and dry mustard.
Slash outside fat about 1-inch apart to prevent curling. Stick whole cloves around edge of ham.
Mix remaining ingredients. Pour over ham slice in shallow pan or baking dish.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour. Serve with green peas and broiled grapefruit slices, bananas or peach halves sprinkled with cinnamon or nutmeg. Serves 4 to 5.
Select ham slice about 1-inch thick.

Add rest of ingredients and cover.
Bake 1 1/2 hours in moderate oven at 350\u00b0. Baste.
Place ham on microproof serving dish; set aside.
Combine marmalade, raisins, paprika and nutmeg in 1 c. glass measure. Cook on HI for 1 minute.
Spoon sauce over ham slice and cook on 70 for 3 1/2-5 minutes, depending on thickness of ham slice.

4 1/2-6 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
Place the slice of ham in a shallow baking dish. Mix together the mustard and garlic; spread over the ham. Pour in enough milk to cover the ham to about 1/2 inch from the top.
Bake, uncovered for 1 hour, basting occasionally with the milk. Remove to a platter, slice, and serve.
Mix brown sugar and pineapple juice.
Cut ham slice into 4 to 6 pieces.
Put ham pieces into large skillet.
Pour pineapple juice and brown sugar over ham.
Cook over medium to medium-high heat until thoroughly heated, about 5 to 7 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Place ham in a shallow baking pan; set aside.
Combine sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan; stir in water and margarine.
Place over medium-high heat and cook, stirring constantly, 5 minutes.
Remove pan from heat and stir in raisins and wine.
Pour the mixture over ham.
Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes, or until tender.
Makes 8 servings.
Heat grill.
In small bowl, combine honey and mustard; blend well.
When ready to barbecue, place ham slice on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium-high coals.
Brush with half of the honey mixture.
Cook 5 to 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated, turning and brushing once with remaining honey mixture.
Mix the brown sugar (loosely packed) and dry mustard together. Place the ham slice in a 2-inch deep baking dish or a cast-iron skillet.
Sprinkle with the brown sugar and dry mustard. Pour enough milk around the ham to come nearly to the top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about an hour.
Has a wonderful flavor.
Rub ham slice with dry mustard.
Place ham in large skillet or glass baking dish.
Cover with brown sugar.
Add enough milk to barely cover the ham.
Bake 1 hour to 1-1/4 hours at 325. Milk should be almost all absorbed.
You can add pineapple slices 1/2 hour before done. We preferred not to use the pineapple.
Place ham slice in 2-quart glass baking dish.
Arrange sweet potatoes around ham slice.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ham and sweet potatoes.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Microwave on roast for 12 to 14 minutes or until heated through.
Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
