Baked Ham Slice Sauterne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) low-fat center-cut ham slice
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. acceptable margarine*
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. American Sauterne or other dry white wine
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place ham in a shallow baking pan; set aside.
    Combine sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan; stir in water and margarine.
    Place over medium-high heat and cook, stirring constantly, 5 minutes.
    Remove pan from heat and stir in raisins and wine.
    Pour the mixture over ham.
    Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes, or until tender.
    Makes 8 servings.
