Pineapple Baked Ham Slice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 smoked ham slice (1/2-inch thick)
1 whole clove or more
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. fine, dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 lemon
3/4 c. pineapple juice
maraschino cherries, cut in rings
Preparation

Place ham slice in 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 x 1 3/4-inch baking dish. Allow 1/3 to 1/2 pound of meat per serving.
Insert whole clove into ham at 1-inch intervals.
Sprinkle over ham, a mixture of brown sugar, bread crumbs, lemon peel and dry mustard.
