Baked Ham Slice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 inch thick) center cut slice cured ham
1 tsp. dry mustard (I use regular mustard)
1/4 c. brown sugar
milk, enough to barely cover ham
Preparation

Cut slashes in edge of ham slice.
Sprinkle or dot with mustard and brown sugar.
Place in heavy skillet or baking pan. Pour on milk at side of ham slice until it barely reaches top of ham.
Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
