Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Grease cookie sheet.
Measure 3/4 cup frosting.
(You'll use the remainder later to frost cookies.)
Mix baking mix, egg and 3/4 cup frosting in bowl.
(The dough will be stiff.)
Drop dough by teaspoon, about 2-inches apart on the cookie sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until almost no impression remains with touched lightly.
Cool on wire rack, then ice with remaining frosting.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Mix mild sausage and hot sausage in a large bowl until evenly blended.
Stir Cheddar cheese into sausage mixture.
Mix biscuit baking mix into sausage mixture about 1/2 cup at a time until baking mix is moist.
Roll meat mixture into 1 1/4- to 1 1/2-inch balls.
Arrange meatballs on prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven until meatballs are no longer pink in the center and cheese is browned, about 20 minutes.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the zucchini, biscuit baking mix, Parmesan, Cheddar, eggs, vegetable oil, onion, garlic, parsley, salt and oregano. Spread the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking pan and bake 25 to 30 minutes, until golden brown.
Allow the mixture to cool. Cut into small squares and serve warm or cold.

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Combine baking mix, club soda and sour cream in large bowl, mixing well.
Roll out dough and cut with biscuit cutter.
Melt butter in 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan.
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Yields 2 to 3 dozen biscuits.

Impossible Pecan Pie

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease a 9-inch pie plate.
Sprinkle chopped pecans on bottom of pie plate. Combine packed brown sugar, milk, corn syrup, biscuit baking mix, softened butter, eggs and vanilla.
Mix for 1 minute.
Pour in plate. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes. Cool before serving.

Sharyn'S Zucchini Quiche

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Mix zucchini, Swiss cheese, eggs, biscuit baking mix, canola oil, salt, and Italian seasoning in a large bowl until well blended; pour mixture into a large pie dish.
Bake until browned and eggs are set, about 35 minutes.

Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

Beat milk, peanut butter, egg and vanilla.
Add biscuit baking mix; mix well.
Chill at least 1 hour.
Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in sugar.
At this point you can flatten with a fork and bake or leave and bake as is and insert kisses after they come out. Bake 6 to 8 minutes.
If you leave in ball form, press candy kiss into ball immediately after baking.

Spray 9-inch round dish and outside of glass custard cup with vegetable oil.

Invert custard cup in center of baking dish.
Mix together corn muffin mix and biscuit baking mix.
Add egg and milk.

Bake in Radarange oven 4 minutes on Low.
Turn dish halfway through cooking.
Bake additional 2 minutes on High.
Turn halfway through cooking.
Let set 10 minutes.
Invert on platter.
Yields 5 servings.

Blend in milk and egg.
Spray inside of 9 x 2-inch round glass dish and outside of 6-ounce glass cup with spray-on vegetable coating.
Cook in oven on full power for 3 to 4 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Easy Turkey Pot Pie

Mix together turkey pieces, soup, mixed vegetables and stock. Set aside.
Coat a 13 x 9-inch casserole with melted butter.
Pour out excess butter and reserve for later use.

In a medium bowl, blend together egg, milk, sour cream and butter. Stir in biscuit baking mix; blend well. Mix in bacon and cheese. Pour in enough batter to fill a preheated waffle iron. Bake until waffle is crisp and golden. Makes 12 waffles.

Veggie Griddle Cakes

In a medium bowl blend eggs, yogurt and biscuit baking mix.
Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Saute onion, green bell pepper and red bell pepper, until tender; stir into batter.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot, garnished with parsley and tomatoes.

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix together biscuit baking mix, margarine and sugar until crumbly.
Stir in milk.
Drop by rounded tablespoons about 2-inches apart on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Make a shallow well in center of each.
Fill with 1 teaspoon of preserves (any flavor).
Bake until golden brown, about 18 to 20 minutes.
While warm, drizzle with Glaze.
