Golden Cornbread Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    spray on vegetable oil
    1/2 c. cornflake crumbs
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. quick corn muffin mix
    2/3 c. biscuit baking mix
    2/3 c. milk
    1 egg
Preparation
    Spray 9-inch round dish and outside of glass custard cup with vegetable oil.
    Coat dishes with cornflake crumbs.
    Invert custard cup in center of baking dish.
    Mix together corn muffin mix and biscuit baking mix.
    Add egg and milk.
    Pour into dish.
    Bake in Radarange oven 4 minutes on Low.
    Turn dish halfway through cooking.
    Bake additional 2 minutes on High.
    Turn halfway through cooking.
    Let set 10 minutes.
    Invert on platter.
    Yields 5 servings.
