Sharyn'S Zucchini Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 cups grated zucchini
    2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 cup biscuit baking mix (such as Bisquick(R))
    1/4 cup canola oil
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
    Mix zucchini, Swiss cheese, eggs, biscuit baking mix, canola oil, salt, and Italian seasoning in a large bowl until well blended; pour mixture into a large pie dish.
    Bake until browned and eggs are set, about 35 minutes.
