Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (at room temperature)
    1 c. sugar
    2 whole eggs
    1 c. mashed bananas
    2 c. biscuit baking mix
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream the cream cheese and sugar.
    Add eggs.
    Blend well.
    Add bananas and stir.
    Gently mix in biscuit baking mix.
    Add nuts. Bake in a greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan in a preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
    A very good recipe.
