FOR THE LASAGNA: Prepare lasagna according

Dip cutlets into egg mixture, then into crumb mixture.
Brown on both sides.
Arrange cutlets in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Pour Tomato Sauce over cutlets (recipe follows).
Cut veal into 6 serving-sized pieces, pound until thin. Dredge with seasoned flour.
Dip into egg, coat with mixture of crumbs and cheese.
Brown veal in hot oil in large heavy skillet. As pieces brown, place in shallow (13 x 9-inch) baking dish.
Pour tomato sauce over veal; top with cheese.
Set in 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Serves 6.

Shape veal into 4 or 5 patties.
Dip in egg, then bread crumb mixture.
(Bread twice for nice coating.)
Fry in small amount of oil until brown. Bake in covered skillet for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Drain off any fat.
Cover with sauce; bake 30 minutes longer.
Put a slice of Mozzarella cheese on each veal patty and bake 5 minutes longer, or until melted.
Serve with spaghetti and sauce.
Brown veal patties as directed. Place cooked noodles in bottom of a
long casserole dish. Layer veal patties on top of noodles. Sprinkle
well

Parmesan

Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over spaghetti sauce.

with Parmesan cheese.\tBake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until cheese melts.
Saute onion and garlic in 2 tablespoons oil until tender; stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, basil and oregano.
Simmer, uncovered, stirring often for 45 minutes, until thickened.
Dip veal in egg, then in crumbs and fry in oil until golden.
Drain on paper towels.
Layer 1/2 of tomato sauce, then veal and then rest of sauce and Mozzarella cheese in 12-inch baking dish.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Coat cutlets.
Heat 2 teaspoons oil in non-stick skillet over medium high heat.
Cook veal about 2 minutes.
Remove from skillet, add remaining oil, onion and garlic.
Cook over low heat til onion is crisp.
Stir in sauce, and 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning.
Cover and simmer 15- 18 minutes.
Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
Cover and simmer until cheese is melted.
Serve with Spaghetti and sprinkle with Parmesan.
Beat egg whites and water.
Combine crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt and pepper.
Dip cutlets in egg mix, then coat with crumb mix.
Repeat for all pieces of veal.
Place on waxed paper and chill for at least 1 hour.
Fry cutlets in heated oil.
Brown about 2 minutes on each side.
Drain on paper towels.
Combine ground veal, egg and bread crumbs; form into patties (hamburger size).
Brown patties on both sides in oil in frying pan.
Remove from pan; drain on paper towels.
Place patties in an ungreased baking dish in a single layer.
Top each with a slice of Provolone cheese.
Pour spaghetti sauce over and between patties until slightly covered.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover with aluminum foil; bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Uncover; bake an additional 10 minutes.
Serve with rice or noodles.
