Veal Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup milk
    1 None large egg, lightly beaten
    1 3/4 cups soft fresh breadcrumbs
    4 (3.5 oz) veal steaks
    1/4 cup flour
    1/3 cup olive oil
    1/2 cup Napoletana sauce
    2 tbsp fresh oregano leaves, finely chopped
    1 1/2 oz grated Parmesan cheese
    None None baby arugula, to serve
    None None lemon wedges, to serve
Preparation
    Whisk together milk and egg. Place breadcrumbs on a plate. Toss veal in flour to coat. Dip each piece of veal in milk mixture then toss in breadcrumbs to coat.
    Preheat broiler. Heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Cook veal for 1 min per side, or until golden. Drain on paper towels. Place on a baking tray and top with Napoletana sauce, oregano and cheese. Broil for 2-3 mins, or until golden brown.
    Serve with arugula and lemon wedges.
