Mix 1/2 package cornbread with just enough milk for the mix to stick and dredge softshell crabs in the wet corn mixture, then dredge in the reserved dry cornmeal.
Place butter, cognac and lemon juice in a large skillet with medium heat. Heat mixture until butter is clarified and just begins to bubble. Add salt and pepper. When butter mixture is ready add the softshell crab and fry on each side until golden. Serve alone or as a sandwich.
Preheat oven to 375\u00b0F.
Melt butter in a medium skillet over medium heat and saute onion and celery until soft. Add wine, seasonings, lemon juice and crabmeat; simmer about 3 minutes.
Add cream and shredded cheese; cook until cheese melts. Add breadcrumbs and stir well.
Spoon mixture into mushroom caps and top with slices of cheese.
Bake 12-15 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned.
Spread mayo and mustard on both sides of the onion roll.
Top one slice of the roll with avocado slices and crab, then the cheese slice; if you're going to melt the cheese, now is the time.
Top the other slice of roll with bean sprouts, put sandwich together and enjoy!
MAKE THE BRECHAMEL SAUCE:

Toast the two slices of bread, right after it pops out of the toaster, top one side of toast with the grated dark chocolate. On the other toast add peanut butter. Layer banana slices on top of peanut butter, then add jam preserves on top of bananas. Put both slices together and enjoy the best peanut butter sandwich ever! You can add more or less of the ingredients, according to taste.

Whisk together mayonnaise, green bell pepper, lemon juice, ketchup, scallions, parsley and the horseradish for the dressing in a large bowl.
Fold in crabmeat, red bell pepper, and celery. Season with salt and pepper (I would use lemon-pepper).
To assemble: layer lettuce on bottom half of each roll, then top with avocado slices, crabmeat salad, 2 bacon strips and the top half of the sandwich roll.
Mix chopped artichokes and crab with cheese and mayonnaise in a 2-quart glass dish.
Microwave on High for 5 to 8 minutes, stirring once, until bubbly.

Spread mix on muffins and broil for 5 minutes.
Rinse crab meat in colander with cold water and drain on paper towels.
