Crab Melt-Aways - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 English muffins
    7 oz. very sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 stick margarine, softened
    6 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    7 oz. crab meat or slightly more
Preparation
    Slice muffins in half.
    Cut each half into fourths.
    Arrange on 2 cookie sheets.
    Mix ingredients well with electric beater (except crab meat).
    Fold in crab meat; spread on pieces of muffins.
    Broil until they puff up and get bubbly and a little brown.
    Serve hot.
    Makes 48.
