Gently go through the lump crab meat for any shell fragments.
Remove all cartilage from crab meat.

Press out crab meat to remove bits of shell.

Combine other ingredients except buttered bread crumbs. Mix gently and fill clean crab shell.
Top with buttered bread crumbs.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for about 20 minutes or until brown.
Makes 4 to 5 servings.
Mix all ingredients together except crab meat.
Add crab meat and mix lightly.
Pour into casserole dish.
Spread mayonnaise over top and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes, until brown.
Place crab meat in baking pan or dish.
(Do not stir crab meat.

Blend the cream, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and egg yolk in the mayonnaise.
Set aside 1/4 of the mixture.
Add crab meat to the remaining 3/4 of the mixture and blend lightly.
Divide the crab meat into 4 glass crab dishes or 4 real crab shells, cleaned thoroughly.
Top with the reserved mayonnaise mixture.
Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven until thoroughly heated and lightly browned, approximately 20 minutes.
Gently combine first 5 ingredients and set aside.
In saucepan combine last 4 ingredients.

Combine crab meat, salt, red pepper, green pepper, 2 beaten eggs, 4 tablespoons mayonnaise and onion.
Mix well with spoon. Place in greased casserole and individual crab shells.
Mix remaining egg with 1 tablespoon mayonnaise.
Glaze crab meat mixture with egg and mayonnaise mixture.
Sprinkle with cracker crumbs and paprika.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.

Make sauce from first 11 ingredients and cook over low heat until thickened.
Stir a little of hot mixture into 1 beaten egg, then add egg to sauce.
Add crab meat mix and put into oven-proof dish.
Combine 1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs and 1/4 cup melted butter.
Sprinkle over top and heat at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes or until browned on top.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Salt the crab meat.
Add the pimento and mayonnaise (good with or without).
Add white sauce to this.
Put into slightly buttered casserole.
Cover with bread crumbs; dot with butter.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
Combine green pepper, pimento (both finely chopped), dry mustard, salt, pepper, eggs and 1 cup mayonnaise.
Add crab meat and blend all the ingredients together gently with the fingers so as to not break meat too much.
Melt butter over low heat.
Stir in flour and slowly add milk to make a white sauce.
Add seasoning.
Fold sauce into crab meat and spoon into individual greased shells or into casserole.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 20 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
Chop red and green peppers fine; saute for 1 minute in butter. Cool.
Add dry mustard, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce and salt; mix well.
Fold in crab meat.
Turn out into crab shell baking dishes.
Spread small amount of mayonnaise on top.
Brown in moderate oven.
Makes 6 moderate servings.

out 3 tablespoons sauce mix, stir in 12 ounce can crab
meat.
Put\tin 1 quart casserole.
Top with \"saved out\" sauce.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake 10 minutes at 400\u00b0. Serves 4 to 6.
