Crab Imperial - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crab meat
    1 small jar pimento
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    bread crumbs
    butter
    1/4 stick butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. milk
    1/3 c. white wine
Preparation
    Salt the crab meat.
    Add the pimento and mayonnaise (good with or without).
    Add white sauce to this.
    Put into slightly buttered casserole.
    Cover with bread crumbs; dot with butter.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
