Put beef bites into crock-pot.
Mix mustard and jelly in separate bowl.
Pour into crock-pot.
Cover and cook on high for 20 minutes.
Switch to lowest setting and continue cooking for two hours.
Stir periodically to keep from sticking.
Cook ground beef in stockpot or Dutch oven,
Brown the beef in a 12 inch skillet along with your chopped onion. As soon as all the pink is gone pour the beef into a strainer and rinse with clear water.
