Beef Stick - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. hamburger
    5 Tbsp. Tender Quick meat cure
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. garlic
    1 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Mix once each day until the fifth day.
    On the fifth day, make it into rolls and cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    This is delicious and tastes like the beef stick you buy in the store.
