Beef Stick - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 tsp. Morton Tender Quick
    2 1/2 tsp. whole mustard seed
    2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. liquid smoke (hickory)
    5 lb. raw ground beef
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Spread ground beef in a flat dish. Cover and refrigerate all day.
    Mix again the second day.
    Mix again the third day.
    Mix again on the fourth day.
    On fourth day, roll into sticks the size you want and place on a broiler pan in the oven.
    Cook 12 to 13 hours at 350\u00b0, turning every 2 hours. Crack oven door slightly during this process.
