Beef And Cheese Ball

Combine 2 packages of beef, onion, cream cheese, Accent and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
Mix well and form into a ball. Roll ball in the remaining package of beef that has been chopped. Serve at room temperature.
Makes 1 very large cheese ball or 2 small cheese balls.
Two-thirds of this recipe makes a good size ball for a tray of crackers.

Pinecone Cheese Ball

Mix cream cheese, shredded cheese, and Dijon mustard in a blender or food processor until well blended.
Stir in green chilies.
Place in freezer for 20 minutes so that it is easier to handle and shape.
Remove from freezer and place on wax paper.
Shape into what resembles a pinecone.
Stick the almonds into the cheese ball in rows that completely cover the cheese ball.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Let the cheese ball stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.

Traditional Christmas Cheese Ball

Mix the cream cheese, beef, olives, onion, and Worcestershire sauce together in a bowl until evenly blended. Keeping the mixture in the bowl, scrape it into a semi-ball shape. Cover, and refrigerate until firm, at least 2 hours.
Place a large sheet of waxed paper on a flat surface. Sprinkle with walnuts. Roll the cheese ball in the walnuts until completely covered. Transfer the cheese ball to a serving plate, or rewrap with waxed paper and refrigerate until needed.
