Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. diced onion
1 pkg. chopped beef

Preparation

Grate Cheddar cheese.
Mix softened cheeses and onion together.
Form into ball.
Heat chopped beef in water and drain. Roll cheese ball in chopped beef.
