Onion Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese (room temperature)
    3 to 4 oz. Roquefort cheese (room temperature)
    4 pkg. (3 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
    3 Tbsp. dried minced onion
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. minced fresh parsley
    crackers
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, beat cheeses, onion and Worcestershire sauce until well mixed.
    Shape into a ball and roll in parsley.
    Chill. Serve with crackers.
    Yield: 1 (4-inch) cheese ball.
