Lightly brown bacon and onion in a skillet.
Combine with rest of ingredients and pour into a buttered casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake 5 minutes longer.
Brown meat.
Saut onion and pepper in same pan.
Mix in remaining ingredients.
Do this in a large pan.
Place in casserole and bake for one hour at 350\u00b0.
Saute onions and green peppers in 2 tablespoons of butter. Add beans, hot dogs, ketchup, chili sauce and brown sugar. Simmer 2 minutes.
Pour into casserole.
Split biscuits; place on beans.
Top with Cheddar cheese.
Put on other half of biscuits and sprinkle with corn chips and Parmesan.
Dot with butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until browned.
